If you want to get premium vectors free then you have to done one process.

Let’s start ,how you get premium vectors free

assume if you want this vector

open the pic which one you want .

Zoom picture untill this fit into the screen

open snipping tool and take a screenshot of the window.

now you got a .png of the pic but you want a vector.

so lets do this step for vector.

if your image is blur then open photoshop or any other photo editing software.and sharp this image.

so image edges are clearly visible

then open illustrator. for convert this .PNG into ESP or .AI

and open this image

now select the image go to Object menu > Image Trace > make and expand

now your image is converted into vector.

Now you can remove unneccesarycontent with direct selection tool(A)

select content and remove

you can change content color and resize also
